Rachel Frederick, PA-C, is an experienced physician assistant and mom, whose goal is to make VirtualMed Iowa more personal, accessible, and consistent for busy families.
With over 13 years of experience in pediatrics, acute care, and women's health, Rachel is passionate about building lasting relationships and helping patients feel heard and understood.
Rachel believes no two patients are the same, which is why she takes a personalized approach - listening closely, understanding unique needs, and creating care that makes sense for each stage of life.
Rachel's philosophy is simple: meet patients where they are, respect their values, and provide guidance they can believe in.
Additionally, Rachel is also a certified Menopause Society Practitioner to help those dealing with Perimenopause and Menopause related symptoms.
